Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment to prioritize holistic wellness, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call the office at (912)-755-0632. If we don’t answer, leave your information on our voicemail. You may visit our booking at https://www.vagaro.com/belles. Cancellations made via email are not accepted.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Guidelines

• More than 24 hours’ notice service will be canceled at no charge.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice for scheduled services 100% of the service price will be charged.

Late Arrival Policy

Time is precious, and so is yours. Cancel within 24 hours for a fee-free cancellation. Late cancellations? A 100% charge applies. Arrive 5-10 minutes early, as Therapists accommodate within 5 minutes past your slot. Delays may shorten your session, with full payment due. Your comfort is our priority. Get In Touch
